26th April 2009: Perfect Sound Forever at The Victoria

When I was filling in the sonic gaps at Flatpack closedown party, I had a wave of nostalgia for the way Colour operated in the beginning. Most of the time it was simply two music geeks (myself and Mr. James Nash) and their friends getting together in a nice bar and playing songs we loved – If other people turned up and enjoyed what we were playing, all the better. On 26 April we soundtracked The Victoria’s weekly Sunday Roast, where seriously good food is followed by awesome music. The evening featured guest slots by James and Paul Manasseh.
